Payment methods

We accept online payments only by all major debit and credit cards, plus PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not accept payments over the telephone or cash payments on delivery.

Order payments


When you place an order using a debit or credit card, you confirm that all the information contained within the order is true and that you authorise us to deduct the confirmed amount from your chosen payment card.

Should we not be able to collect payment for reasons outside of our control, we will contact you prior to delivery to collect payment. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver your order without full payment in advance.

Subscription payments

When you purchase a product subscription or subscription plan, you confirm that all the information contained within the order is true and that you authorise us to deduct the confirmed amount from your chosen payment card each subscription period.

Should we not be able to collect your subscription payment for reasons outside of our control, we will contact you prior to delivery to collect payment. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver your order without full payment in advance.

Order cancellation / postponement

We can accept order cancellations / postponement up to 18:00hrs the day before your delivery. This cut-off time is in place to ensure we don't order your fresh produce from our supplier. Should you wish to cancel / postpone after this cut-off time, we shall endeavour to accommodate you, however, if an item has been specially ordered for you we cannot offer a refund. 

 

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please email our Customer Service team or telephone (01273) 658200. Cancellations will be processed the same day and any monies owed will be returned to the payment card or account within 5 working days.

 

For product subscriptions, if you have an order due to be delivered the following day, we can accept your cancellation request up to 18:00hrs (the day prior to your delivery). This cut-off time is in place to ensure we don't order your fresh produce from our supplier.

Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We have a fair refund policy where, if you're not totally happy, we will offer a full or partial refund on that particular product. When we agree a refund with you, it will be issued the same day and the funds will be returned to the payment card or account within 5 working days.

Delivery

Nutritious Fish offers free delivery and there are no additional or hidden charges. Our free delivery area covers East and West Sussex only, and a list of our free delivery areas served can be found on our delivery bookings page.
