This is one of our favourite Jamie Oliver recipes that we love cooking regularly at home. Featuring salmon (or we often use trout), smoked haddock and king prawns, it's a more luxurious take on the humble fish pie - often known as Admiral's Pie.
It also features a nifty technique of using your box grater to speed up the preparation and get more fresh vegetables into the dish. You end up with a lighter, zestier dish, which is hugely satisfying and moreish!
