Frozen raw jumbo scampi tails

Keep frozen at a minimum of -18°C - use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly for 12 hours in a refrigerator or follow our directions for cold water thawing. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Ensure the scampi are thoroughly defrosted prior to cooking.
