This Gaeng Pa fiery Thai jungle curry paste - by Henfield-based chef Neha Hampton - is salty, sweet & sour and works perfectly alongside oily fish like salmon & trout.
Using this curry paste couldn't be simpler: just add 300g of fresh fish (or your own choice of shellfish) and water - then serve with rice. Delicious, nutritious and ready in less than 30 mins - perfect when you're pushed for time or have a curry craving.
Each pot of paste is enough to make a curry for 2 people. Please order in multiples to suit your family / group size, and adjust the other ingredients accordingly.
