Jungle or ‘forest’ curries come from the forests in the north of Thailand - unlike many Thai curries they contain no coconut milk making them fresh, fiery and flavoursome. This Gaeng Pa fiery Thai jungle curry paste - by Henfield-based chef Neha Hampton - is salty, sweet & sour and works perfectly alongside oily fish like salmon & trout.

 

Using this curry paste couldn't be simpler: for two people, just add fresh salmon or trout fillets and water - then serve with rice. Delicious, nutritious and ready in less than 30 mins - perfect when you're pushed for time or have a curry craving.

 

Each curry paste is supplied to you frozen from fresh, providing the convenience to keep it in your freezer for up to 6 months, or leave to defrost for a tasty dinner the same day we deliver.
