Jamie's super simple 5 ingredient curry (from his 5 Ingredients cookbook) uses white fish and tomatoes to create a gorgeous speedy weekend lunch or weekday supper that all the family will enjoy - in just 14 minutes, according to the man himself.

Ingredients-wise, it couldn't be simpler: buy one of our White Fish Selections from our online shop - Jamie's recipe uses haddock, but we have some wonderful locally-caught hake in our selections at the moment which works perfectly*. You might already have the other 4 ingredients in your store-cupboard (coconut milk, lime pickle, korma curry paste & mixed cherry tomatoes)?


*TIP: This recipe uses 450g of white fish. In our small White Fish Selection, you'll get 2 fillets x 2 types of white fish with each of the fillets weighing 180-200g. Therefore, you may want to choose 4 x fillet portions of the same type of fish for this recipe, which means you could make more and freeze what you don't eat? Please just add a note for us at the checkout if you'd like 4 x fillets of the same type of fish.
