Loch Duart salmon whole fillets

Fresh salmon is famous for being one of the richest sources of long-chain Omega-3 fatty acids: essential for a healthy heart and brain function. The quality of Loch Duart salmon is such that it is designated sashimi-grade and does not require freezing before eating raw.
This beautiful Loch Duart whole fillet is supplied boned, scaled, trimmed and ready to cook whole, or cut into 8-10 portions for a family meal. This salmon also freezes really well, either whole or once you have cut into portions.
