BBC's Masterchef 2009 winner Mat Follas provides this wonderful recipe for crab thermidor. Mat makes his thermidor using cream rather than the more traditional flour-based roux, which makes it gluten-free.
This crab thermidor is a variation of the Spider Crab Thermidor that won Mat the Masterchef title and is a firm favourite on his restaurant menus. Enjoy!
