Laksa is a spicy & fragrant noodle soup popular across many countries in South East Asia. This Melaka Laksa curry paste - by Henfield-based chef Neha Hampton - showcases Nyonyan cuisine with a blend of dried and fresh chillies, lemongrass and lime juice.


Using this curry paste couldn't be simpler: for two people, just add fresh king prawns, coconut milk and water - then serve with rice noodles and colourful crunchy vegetables and herbs. Delicious, nutritious and ready in less than 30 mins - perfect when you're pushed for time or have a curry craving.
