Laksa is a spicy and fragrant noodle soup popular across many countries in South East Asia. This recipe kit includes a Melaka Laksa curry paste - by Henfield-based chef Neha Hampton - which showcases Nyonyan cuisine with a blend of dried and fresh chillies, lemongrass and lime juice.
Your recipe kit will include the Melaka Laksa curry paste, fresh UK king prawns (shell-on), Biona organic coconut milk, plus King Soba organic and gluten-free brown rice noodles. Available in 3 pack sizes.
Using this recipe kit couldn't be simpler: just add the paste into a pan and warm for a few minutes until aromatic; then add the coconut milk and prawns and cook for around 7 minutes. Serve with the noodles and add some colourful crunchy vegetables and herbs (not included). Delicious, nutritious and perfect when you're pushed for time or have a curry craving.
