Fregola with squid ink with courgette cream & mint shrimp

Known as Sardinian couscous, fregola is an ancient type of pasta that is particularly good in a salad or served hot with seafood.

This recipe by passionate Italian home cook and food blogger Danja Giacomin (aka 'Un Pinguino In Cucina' or 'A Penguin In The Kitchen') is as simple as it gets - and delicious for it. Just five ingredients make this wonderfully tasty and filling dish.
