New to our range of curry pastes from Henfield-based chef Neha Hampton - this Thai red curry paste is an authentic classic - made from a blend of dried smoky chilies and fresh ones this will enliven your tastebuds!
Using this curry paste couldn't be simpler: just add 300g of prawns (or your own choice of fish / shellfish), 200ml of coconut milk and water and simmer until cooked. Adjust seasoning with fish sauce or salt, palm sugar or sugar and a generous squeeze of lime. Garnish with coriander & enjoy!
