Our weekly fresh fish selections offer a choice of 4 or 6 premium boneless fillet portions. The ideal choice for fish-loving couples or small families who want to eat a healthy, balanced diet including fish a couple of times a week. You can choose from a mixed selection which contains both oily and white fish - or choose all oily or all white fish.
We start with whole fresh fish every week. Each fish is expertly hand filleted and cut into generous 180g-200g portions. Our portions are cut, packed and delivered on the same day to maintain maximum freshness. Everything comes wrapped in our signature compostable packaging so it's plastic-free.
Sashimi-grade Loch Duart Scottish salmon and ChalkStream rainbow trout are the oily fish in these selections, harvested for us each week. Both are high-welfare UK farmed fish and RSPCA-assured. The white fish will vary between sustainable wild UK cod, haddock, hake, pollock and plaice, all landed fresh from around the UK coastline each week - never previously frozen.
Please also check out our larger Family Selections which offer 8-24 portions, plus a range of subscription options to save you money.

The sustainability of fish can vary significantly depending on how and where it has been caught or farmed. Many single species are caught or farmed in a variety of ways and this range shows that, within a species, some sources may be more sustainable than others.
We aim to use the 1-5 traffic light system developed by the Marine Conservation Society to help you choose the most environmentally sustainable UK fish. 'Best choices' are rated 1 and 2 (green), 'Fish to Avoid' are rated 5 (red). Ratings 3 and 4 mean 'Think' (yellow and amber), as there are better rated alternatives.

Small selections contain 2 x packs of 2; large selections contain 2 x packs of 3. All packs are individually labelled and ready to cook or freeze.
When we deliver your fresh fish, it should go straight into the fridge. It's best enjoyed the day of delivery or within 2 days. Each pack is labelled with a 'Use By' date 2 days after the date your fish was packed. The paper in which your fish is wrapped is compostable, so it can go in your food waste bin or composter.
If you're planning to eat your fish 2+ days after delivery, freezing is recommended to maintain quality and freshness. Ideally freeze your fish as soon as possible on delivery day, keeping it in the paper packaging so that you retain the date label - it's best within 2 months of delivery. Defrost thoroughly before use and eat on the same day. Do not re-freeze.
